It's the peak of summer - the garden is growing with the occasional help of a heavy dousing, things are slow at work, and it's just too dang hot out these days to do much of anything. . . . more

So I really thought is was spring - really, I was pretty darn sure - so I got out all my gardening books, started making plans for the garden, and then.... snow. And more snow. And snow mixed with rain. . . . more
